By accessing hiresandybeach.com or using the Pipeline Lite OS platform and Sandy Beach AI services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The service
Sandy Beach AI provides done-for-you prospecting, calling, and appointment-setting operated by an AI agent. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We may update or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for ensuring your use of the service — including any outreach you direct — complies with applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call rules) and the rights of the people contacted.
Billing
Subscription fees and usage-based contact charges are described on the pricing section and billed as agreed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, to harass recipients, or to circumvent opt-out requests. We may suspend access for violations.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandy Beach AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
